旻潔出生時因為腦部缺氧，造成智能障礙，也較缺乏言語表達能力；又有先天弱視，視覺缺乏立體感。
但她克服視覺辨識的障礙，先從揀菜開始，肩負起翻攪大鍋菜、配菜任務，成為廚務組得力助手，至今超過
10年。無法體會立體感，旻潔卻能透過高彩度的平面色塊、強力的線條筆觸與繽紛用色，來表達生活中的喜
怒哀樂。並且像普通人一樣，會在課後偷偷遞給喜歡的老師，一張張畫滿老師的小紙條。
